Drop off and pick up procedures
Use provided hand sanitizer immediately before and after entering (and exiting).
Bring your child to their classroom and the doorway of their classroom and hand their bag to their teacher.
Teachers will check children in (and out) on Brightwheel.
Screening upon arrival: Staff will check and record child's temperature and perform visual check for signs of illness before parent leaves.
If you want to hug or kiss your child goodbye, please do so in the hallway before the teacher brings them into the classroom.
Tuition is due for each month the first day of that month and is the same amount regardless of the number of days of service. You can pay by bank transfer through the Brightwheel app OR by check. To pay by Brightwheel, email a request for us to set up an invoicing plan for you. There is a payment box for checks in the entryway attached to the wall by the fish aquarium.
Teachers, parents, and administrators can easily and quickly communicate in real-time through the Brightwheel app. See an example of a child's daily feed on Brightwheel below. You should have received an invitation to download the app to your phone.
In case of emergencies, we will call both parent/guardians' primary phone numbers from the emergency contact form and send a message through Brightwheel. If we can't reach a parent/guardian, we will call emergency contact persons listed on your form.
If you need something during the day and don't get a response on Brightwheel, you can try to call the center at 814-237-6429.
